Sixways Park is strategically located immediately off Junction 6 of the M5 Motorway. The 6.6 hectare site comprises a mixed development of 17,650 square metres of distribution and office accommodation.
We completed the Structural engineering design of the two new steel portal framed distribution warehouses, completed in time to help with the Christmas rush.
The two buildings have clear internal height of 12.5 to underside of haunch and widths of 74m and 66m respectively.
Floors slabs were designed to suit high bay racking systems and FM2 surface tolerance in accordance with Concrete Society Technical Report TR34.
